Estevan Guerra Bio

Estevan is a dedicated leader in business development, customer service, and community engagement.  He currently serves as the President/CEO of the Sinton Chamber of Commerce and the Interim CEO for the YMCA of the Coastal Bend, where he actively works to foster economic growth, strengthen local businesses, and enhance community programs. 

With a background that spans Visit Corpus Christi, Del Mar College, and an extensive tenure with the Walt Disney Company, Estevan has trained and developed over 5,500 Cast Members across Disney Global, Disney Parks & Resorts, and Disney Institue programs.  His expertise in training, leadership, development, and operational excellence is the foundation of his work. 

Estevan is also the Founder/CEO of A.T.O.M. (A Touch of Magic) Training & Consulting, where he provides specialized training in customer service, leadership, and business strategy.  His hands-on experience working with both small businesses and global brands gives him a unique perspective on operations at every level.  Passionate about customer experience, community development, and professional growth, Estevan believes in empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential.
